Order Cancellation Policy:

You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order at no additional cost. If you wish to cancel after this 6-hour window, a £6 GBP cancellation fee will be applied. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@allurecollective.uk promptly. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

Return Policy:

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Starting a Return:

To initiate a return, please reach out to info@allurecollective.uk. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package, along with the return shipping address. Note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, with a receipt or proof of purchase included.

Refunds:

We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Note that bank or credit card processing times may vary. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at info@allurecollective.uk.

Eligibility for Refund: Important Notice:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Do not return items to the sender address on the package, as this is not our return address. Incorrect returns will not qualify for a refund.
  • Items must be sent back to our warehouse in China with a tracking code. Failure to do so may result in the return not being processed.
  • Ensure that only Allure Collective items are in the return package; we are not responsible for any non-Allure Collective items mistakenly included.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Allure Collective is not liable for failed delivery attempts due to customer negligence, such as refusal of shipment confirmation, untraceable shipping methods, or incorrect recipient details. No refund will be issued in these cases.
